gt&i was commissioned to develop a b2b leasing brochure and film for Kildare Village, Ireland. The brochure was to become the key selling tool to attract new leading brands. It would set out the case for the new approach to outlet shopping, communicating to brands the essence of a location already home to the likes of Ralph Lauren, Anya Hindmarch, Aquascutum and Kate Spade.
We undertook a two-day product and location shoot to create all the assets and designed, wrote and produced the brochure and film. In so doing we have created a new marketing template that uses outstanding reportage style photography to make the business case. It is now being rolled out across all territories in multiple languages.
